It’s the second time I’ve booked at Roseto Holidays and a guarantee is confirmed. The value for money is excellent, the apartments are exactly as seen in the photo (in fact, they are even better in person!). Maximum seriousness, punctuality and courtesy. For me they have become the reference point for the summer holidays.

If you are looking for a holiday of relaxation and beauty, you are in the right place. We stayed in an apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the sea: waking up with that view is priceless. The beach can be reached on foot in a moment. Impeccable check-in assistance. Highly recommended for couples!
Abruzzo hospitality at the top!
We are a group of four friends and we found the ideal accommodation. Large spaces, equipped kitchen and a really impeccable cleaning on arrival. Roseto is a beautiful discovery, with a fantastic bike path. The staff made us find everything we needed, a touch of class that makes the difference.

A perfect stay for families!
We spent two wonderful weeks in one of the apartments near the sea. The house was spotless, modern and equipped with every comfort. The owners were super welcoming and always available to recommend the best restaurants in the area. The kids had a lot of fun. We will definitely come back next year!
We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very comfortable and very clean. The sea view from the terrace is priceless and we had breakfast watching the sunrise almost every morning. The owners were very attentive to our needs and even got us a high chair for our little baby. The only small drawback is the loud music until 3 a.m. on the sea clubs during the weekend.




We spent two unforgettable weeks in this wonderful holiday home. The seafront location is simply spectacular. The apartment is spacious, bright and impeccably clean. The owners were very kind and always available for our every need, also recommending the best restaurants in the area. The house is equipped with all the necessary comforts and is located a stone’s throw from bars, restaurants and shops.





We couldn’t ask for anything better for our vacation! Large, modern and very clean apartment with an extraordinary sea view. The house is well furnished and comfortable and an equipped kitchen. The location is strategic: directly on the beach and with all the services at your fingertips. Supermarket, pharmacy, bar and various shops can all be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. An experience that we highly recommend to anyone!



I stayed with my family in this beautiful holiday home and I can say that it exceeded all our expectations. The house is very spacious, with large rooms and a large living room directly overlooking the sea. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy when we arrived. Particularly appreciated the local market that is held every Thursday morning right in the street in front of the house. 100% recommended!



The wonderful hospitality of the owners made our family vacation unforgettable! The children loved being close to the beach, while we parents appreciated the convenient access to services in the heart of the city. After our misadventure with the car breakdown, we were able to rest and ‘recharge the batteries’ thanks to your welcome. As I read on the website ‘this house is not a hotel’ and that’s it! If you want a familiar and comfortable environment with the right balance between relaxation and sociability, this is the best solution. A stone’s throw from the sea and the evening stroll but at the same time sheltered from disturbing noises as it is screened by the owners’ house which remains in the front line on the seafront. We were happy to be able to spend peaceful days and have a chat with Angela and Giannicola, always present for any need and at the same time very discreet and respectful of privacy. It is wonderful to share ‘gourmet’ moments with them with an exchange of arrosticini and ice cream!! Thanks for everything and for your kind availability. Greetings also to Igor and Scorza who have left their little footprints on our hearts.
